These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and tali47 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing bets on tali47, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use tali47 services.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with tali47 or use any of our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tali47 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
tali47 services are intended primarily for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time you access our Platform and place bets. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of tali47 complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access to our Services from certain jurisdictions at our discretion.
To use tali47 services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
tali47 operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You must complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport, proof of address, and a selfie photograph within 72 hours of registration or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. tali47 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify tali47 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. tali47 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account unless such unauthorized use results from our negligence or breach of security.
tali47 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are processed instantly 24 hours daily, seven days per week, including Indonesian public holidays.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and Account verification level. Verified Accounts have higher deposit and withdrawal limits. You may view your current limits in your Account settings. tali47 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that has been verified through our KYC process. You must withdraw funds to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by tali47. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You may make up to 3 withdrawal requests per day, subject to daily withdrawal limits based on your Account tier.
tali47 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Any currency conversion fees or international transaction fees imposed by payment processors will be borne by you. tali47 reserves the right to introduce withdrawal fees in the future with 30 days' advance notice to Users.
tali47 maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies separately to each deposit. tali47 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions, request additional documentation regarding source of funds, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be immediately closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.
tali47 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 15x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus means you must place Rp 15,000,000 in qualifying bets). Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes based on odds (bets at odds below 1.50 may not count toward wagering). You must review the specific wagering requirements for each bonus before claiming it.
tali47 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse or advantage play. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs or errors, placing opposite bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity we deem contrary to the spirit of fair play. tali47's decision regarding bonus abuse is final and binding.
Some bonuses have maximum withdrawal limits. For example, a bonus may specify a maximum withdrawal of 5x the bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be forfeited when the withdrawal is processed. You must review the specific terms of each bonus to understand withdrawal limits before claiming the bonus.
All bets are subject to acceptance by tali47. We reserve the right to refuse any bet, limit bet amounts, or close Accounts without providing a reason. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your betting history, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If a bet is placed due to a technical error or obvious pricing mistake (such as odds displayed incorrectly), tali47 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.
For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the sport. If an event is postponed or suspended, bets will generally remain valid if the event is completed within 48 hours. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, stakes will be refunded unless the result was already determined. Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to a short acceptance delay to account for latency. Bets placed after an outcome is determined will be voided.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness. Game outcomes are determined at the moment you press "spin" or "play" and cannot be influenced by subsequent actions. If you experience a technical disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically based on your last selected settings, and results will be available in your game history upon reconnection. Maximum win per spin or per hand may apply to certain games - check individual game rules before playing.
For togel (lottery) bets, all results are based on official draw results from the respective international lottery organizations (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). Draw times are approximate and may vary by a few minutes. Bets placed after a draw has commenced will be automatically moved to the next draw. In the event of a cancelled or delayed official draw, all bets for that draw will be refunded. tali47 has no control over official draw results and bears no responsibility for draw delays or cancellations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:
All content, software, graphics, logos, text, and other materials on the tali47 Platform are owned by tali47 or licensed to us and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or software from the Platform without our express written permission.
While tali47 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available 24/7 without interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control. tali47 will not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, except where such losses result from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, tali47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of tali47 services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals during that period.
tali47 services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that tali47 cannot guarantee winnings or profits.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or display content from third-party game providers. tali47 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 7 business days. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of tali47 management.
If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. tali47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for Account closure may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, providing false information, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any activity we deem harmful to tali47 or other Users. In the event of Account closure by tali47, we will refund any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account, minus any amounts owed to tali47 for chargebacks, disputed transactions, or violations of these Terms.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of tali47 services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), WhatsApp, or phone. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the complaint in writing to our management team, who will conduct a further review and provide a final response within 14 business days.
tali47 maintains detailed records of all transactions, bets, and Account activity. In the event of a dispute, tali47's records shall be considered the final and authoritative evidence of transactions. If you dispute a transaction or bet result, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction. Claims made after 30 days will not be considered. tali47's decision on all matters relating to bets, Account balances, and disputes is final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tali47 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of tali47 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
tali47 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We will post the updated Terms and Conditions on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of tali47 services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. We recommend reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party without our prior written consent. tali47 may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party at any time without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tali47 regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
No waiver by tali47 of any breach or default under these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
